🔁 Returns (10-Day Policy)

We offer a 10-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, your product must be:

  • ✔️ Unused, unworn, and untested
  • ✔️ Free from scratches, marks, or physical damage
  • ✔️ In original packaging with all accessories
  • ✔️ With invoice or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important Condition

 Products showing scratches, usage signs, damage, or tampering will NOT be accepted for return or exchange under any condition.

🚚 Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not working on arrival

We will review and resolve the issue quickly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom/special orders
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange a product:

  2. After approval, place a new order

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

⏳ Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

📋 Warranty Requirements

To claim warranty, you must provide:

  • Original invoice
  • Product box
  • Warranty card or sticker

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Warranty claims are processed in 10–15 working days
  • One-time repair may be offered depending on product condition

⚠️ Important Notice

  • Warranty starts from the date on the warranty sticker
  • Physical damage voids the warranty immediately
  • One-sided shipping charges may apply (customer responsibility)
