We offer a 10-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, your product must be:

- ✔️ Free from scratches, marks, or physical damage
- ✔️ In original packaging with all accessories
- ✔️ With invoice or proof of purchase
⚠️ Important Condition
❌ Products showing scratches, usage signs, damage, or tampering will NOT be accepted for return or exchange under any condition.

🚚 Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

- You received the wrong item

📋 Warranty Requirements
To claim warranty, you must provide:

- Product box
- Warranty card or sticker

- Warranty starts from the date on the warranty sticker
- Physical damage voids the warranty immediately
